We offer a high level of flexibility in delivery — you can coordinate with the courier to deliver your order at a time that suits your availability at home, so you can receive it comfortably.
You’re also welcome to take your time to examine and try on the items while the courier is waiting outside, before confirming the delivery.
We kindly do not encourage exchange or return, as we are committed to maintaining the excellent original condition of every item.

In specific cases, we may allow trying the item for up to 24 hours, as long as it’s returned in its original, flawless condition, with all tags, packaging, and cleanliness fully intact.
