Return & Exchange Policy
• You may take your time coordinating the delivery time with the courier at your convenience.
• You are allowed to try the item while the courier is waiting, to ensure fit and satisfaction.
• If you choose not to receive the item after trying it, you will only be charged the shipping (courier) fees.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, we allow 24 hours for exchange or refund, starting from the time the order is delivered.
• Any exchange or refund request must be made within 24 hours only via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
• The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging for client’s interest.
• Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 24 hours under any circumstances.
• Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable, and exchange is subject to availability within 24 hours.
• Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
